NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: The Lebanon City Council will be entertaining a Wastewater Rate Increase at its November 23rd Meeting

Event: The Lebanon City Council will conduct a Public hearing at which persons may be heard concerning the proposed rates and charges of the sewer/waste water utility. The City Council will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 15-17 which would increase wastewater rates and charges effective January 1, 2016. The proposed rates and charges are as follows:
Users of the sewage works for service of property located outside Lebanon’s corporate boundaries may be entitled to petition the commission under section IC 8-1.5-3-8.3 et seq. to review and adjust the rates and charges imposed on the users if a petition under IC 8-1.5-3-8.2 or under IC 36-9-23-26.1 with respect to the same rate ordinance has not been filed.
