Today is #GivingTuesday, and we’d like share with you a #LovinLebanon not-for-profit near and dear to our hearts at Lebanon Utilities – The Caring Center.
They are currently collecting for their 2015 Holiday Food Basket program. Each holiday season The Caring Center provides a complete holiday dinner for families in need. They could use the community’s help in collecting the following items.
- Canned items – corn, cranberry sauce, fruit, green beans, pork and beans, yams or sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie filling or plain pumpkin, evaporated milk, chicken broth.
- Staple items – egg noodles, cake mixes, jell-o, pudding mix, potatoes, sugar, butter/margarine.
- Meat – turkey, ham or whole chickens
Join the Lebanon Utilities staff and help warm a #LovinLebanon neighbor’s heart and home for the holidays.
