If you experience:
Low/no water pressure –
- At a single tap on the property – check the screen on the filter for build-up of lime deposit/residue – soak screen in white vinegar then rinse thoroughly before replacing
- Only noticeable when using hot water – check to make sure the hot water heater is functioning properly
- If you have a water softener, check to see if the filter needs to be replaced.
- If none of the above contact the Water Utility Service Center at 765.482.5100.
Discolored water –
- At a single tap on the property – check the screen on the faucet as it may need cleaned. Remove screen from faucet and soak in white vinegar then rinse thoroughly before replacing.
- At every tap on the property, contact the Water Utility Service Center at 765.482.5100 as there may be sediment build up in the lines.
Your water has an odor –
Contact the Water Utility Service Center at 765.482.5100
You believe you have a leak –
- Repair the water leak
- Notify Customer Service (765) 482-5100 that the water leak has been repaired and provide an invoice or document stating the type of leak (inside or outside)
- Lebanon Utilities will conduct a two day read to determine that the usage is back to normal
- Once usage is back to normal an adjustment will be applied to your next bill
