If you suspect issues with your electricity or you are experiencing a power outage,

1. First check your fuses or breakers to make sure the problem is not your own.
2. If you have a phone or tablet, check to see if our red “emergency alert” banner is activated on the website with pertinent information
3. Check to see if your neighbors have service
4. Call the emergency number (765) 482-5100. When reporting an outage please be aware that we have a limited number of incoming phone lines. When we have a large outage, those lines will quickly fill with callers reporting the outage. When the lines are all in use you should get a busy signal but in some instances may receive a message stating that all circuits are busy or that the number is not available. These messages are an indication that all available lines are in use. Please just hang up and try your call again in a few minutes.
